“Your face is your identity. It shows more about you than any other part of the body and is easily accessed by others as the way of seeing into your mind and heart. In addition, the face shows myriad signs about your health and the functioning of your internal organs. Learning to read the face is a fascinating experience in self-discovery, of great benefit in interpersonal communication, and an invaluable tool in medical diagnosis. In fact, the oldest and first use of face reading in China was for diagnosing illness from the face. Later it became a tool in many ways, including matchmaking, fortune-telling and government job placement and promotion. In this workshop, you will learn how the features and markings of the face reveal the internal physical and psychological state. Special attention is paid to changes in the shape and size of features, the markings, the coloration of the skin and signs from the Shen. In addition, the issues and patterns that contribute to illness will be analyzed with recommended treatment given in case studies.” Two Day Workshop: Signs of Qi and Shen on the Face – Color and Health The Topographical Map – Rivers and Mountains The Yin and Yang of the Face The Three Zones Facial Geometry The Five Element Features, Markings and Disturbances The Biological Blueprint on the Face The Psychological and Emotional Underlay of Disease Case Studies and Recommended Treatments Chinese Facial Diagnosis Signs of Disease on the Face Lillian Garnier Bridges 31.
